Deploys 7 AI pillar agents (Product, Engineering, Data, Revenue, Customer Success, Ops, People) coordinated through a Neo4j knowledge graph with Graphiti, governed by human approve/reject decisions that train trust scores, tracked via immutable bead-chain audit trail on Dolt. FastAPI orchestrator with WebSocket streaming, Claude Agent SDK wrapper, approval gates, Telegram bot interface. 40+ brain modules covering action prediction, intrinsic rewards, knowledge consolidation, and graduated autonomy. Multi-tenant B2B SaaS for Chilean importers. Scrapes public tenders from ChileCompra (MercadoPublico.cl), uses Claude AI to score opportunities against tenant capabilities, supplier network, and certifications. Full workspace per opportunity — AI chat with deep context injection, margin calculators with Zona Franca/IVA toggles, bid checklists, and pipeline tracking. Next.js 16 + Supabase with 23 migrations, org-scoped RLS, role-based access. Stripe tiered billing with metered AI overage. Dockerized Python scraper with background job worker. Operated through Interactive Patagonia S.P.A. in Punta Arenas.

Full-stack swim lesson management platform for a mobile swim school serving Miami-Dade County. Next.js 15 app with three role-specific dashboards: parents (onboarding, student management, booking), instructors (availability, Google Calendar bidirectional sync, profile), and admins (booking wizard, client/instructor CRUD, Kanban task board, map view). Location-aware scheduling uses Mapbox for drive-time calculations between instructor homes and client pools. Supabase auth with OTP and Google OAuth, realtime dashboard updates, PostHog analytics, comprehensive PostgreSQL schema with 10+ tables and custom RPC functions. Active with real customers (2025 swim season data).
